What is MD2 HASH ?

MD2 is a cryptographic hash function that takes an input message and produces a fixed-size, 128-bit hash value. It was developed by Ronald Rivest in 1989 and is one of the earliest members of the MD (Message Digest) family of hash functions. MD2 is no longer considered secure due to its vulnerability to collision attacks, and it is recommended to use more modern and secure hash functions such as SHA-256 or SHA-3.
